I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wellhub in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview was three virtual rounds. The first was a conversation with a recruiter that focused on culture fit and getting to know me. The second round was with two sales managers and centered around my skills, previous experience, and some behavioral questions. The final round was a business case presentation that I had a few days to prepare for, presented to a sales manager and a senior director. Overall, the process was quick, clearly structured, and gave me a good sense of the role and team.

One interesting question they asked was: Would you expect it to be harder to close a sale with a company that doesn’t offer any existing wellness benefits, or one that already has some in place?

Interview
I went through a 4-stage interview process for a BDR role based out of the Miami office that included two interviews, a case presentation, and a final interview.
The process was really smooth and well-organized. Everything happened within 3 weeks, and I got an offer shortly after the final round.
Everyone I spoke with, from talent acquisition to senior team members, was professional, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. The interviews were mostly behavioral and situational, focused on understanding how I think and communicate. There were no tricky or unexpected questions, just thoughtful conversations aimed at getting to know me better.
Overall, it was a great experience. I really appreciated how structured and transparent the process was, and it was clear the team puts a lot of care into hiring. I highly recommend 10/10.
