i went through colg campus .it was a pool drive ,students from many colleges had attended that drive .first was online written test which consists of aptitude ,resoning and english and also at the end typying test
second was operation manager round he ask qeution based on economics ,accounts,finance,aptitude
third round was again 2nd opertion round this time 2 manager have taken it
thy asked the same qeution based on accounts aptitude, finance and economics .
i could not not clear that so didnot attended final hr round .

demand theory,accounting concepts , lifo fifo,working capital etc basic things
Standard questions, behavioral and they are all from a bank of questions they don’t deviate from. Very rigid compared to past and you have to tell your own story because they won’t ask good questions.
ALP is the consultant for hiring to wells Fargo. They conduct 1st as group discussion. They who got selected will be having technical round & they asked about finance & accounting questions. It's a panal round.
