First-round, then super day afterwards. Talked to some junior people across the group and the hiring manager. If you show genuine interest in the field and for the Company, and answer technical questions right, should be ok.

Key financial statements, how they are tied, most important credit aspects
It had three rounds technical which is tricky. Pls prepare well for that. On DSA and architect. Even in managerial round also it has technical. All are complex and Java oriented.

3 rounds, it was mostly behavorial/fit and some technical but basic stuff like CAPM, debt analysis, DCF, basic accounting, etc. Mostly focus on really knowing the role. Behavioral was basic situational questions, really asessing for being self driven and leadership
