Two rounds - first with recruiter and second with three people from the team. The second interview was a behavioral interview with pre-set questions. It was with two people from the team and the director.

Tell us about background and why you are interested in this role.
Panel interview with scripted situational questions. Each interviewer would take turns asking a question and other the other interviewers would ask follow up questions. Questions involved asking about different situations such as "tell me about a time when you had to influence a business partner or leader". You would have to describe the situation, what you did and what was the result.
Multiple stages with multiple interviewers and mostly behavioral based with a recruiter leading the process but fairly quick decisions and communications back throughout. Met many teammates but very scripted for the entire time
