Absolutely terrible!!!!! The initial phone screening was ok she was very nice. However, the first interview was set for 11/9/21 at 2pm with Jessica McBride and Julia Jacob. I entered the Microsoft teams chat ready for my interview at 1:30 (if you’re early you’re on time) just for me to sit there until 2:16pm and no one ever showed up.
I immediately send an email apologizing if there was something that I misunderstood or did wrong and got no email response.
However, the next day someone calls me and sets me up for another interview with Ashley Smith on 11/12/21. I enter the Microsoft teams chat at 2:33pm ready for my 3:00pm interview; no one shows up…again!! So I email Ted Lebeau right away letting them know about the inconvenience and that this was my 2nd time not only showing up early, but being stood up for yet another interview in the same week all by different people!
To add icing on the cake, I get a random email after not hearing back from anyone, to fill out my references as a part of the hiring process. So I did that all in a time span of 24-48hours. I follow up with Ted Lebeau again after completing my references just to be ignored and tossed aside like I was through this entire interview process.
For someone that actually goes to Wellstar and admired their customer service whenever I do go, this was absolutely the worst interview experience I’ve ever encountered. The lack of communication and professionalism displayed from this team is utterly disgusting and unacceptable. Definitely would not recommend.
