Welocalize Localization Quality Manager interview questions

I found the job posting on the company's website and decided to apply since I have the exact same experience they were looking for. The position required working part time from home. Their talent manager reached out to me asking my salary expectations. And when I told them my rate, they just said they decided to move forward with another candidate. They didn't even look at my experience and negotiate the salary though in my previous workplace I was responsible for ALL the tasks they put in their job description.
