I applied online. I interviewed at Wendy's (Secaucus, NJ) in Jun 2016
Interview
Definitely look for people who can work at any hours to fit their schedule needs. Ask very basic questions about yourself and your personality, such as if you go to school and what are your prospects. Overall very easy and generally let you know if you're hired when the interview is over.

Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.
