I decided to apply at my local wendy's and I went through the whole interview process online-had to take a personality test and math/skills test, then I finally received an email with a interview date. I walked in to the Wendy's store for my interview and asked for the hiring manager and was told to have a seat and he would be right out. I ended up waiting for 45-50 mins for the manager and I was very close to walking out. Looking back on, I wish I had because it was a waste of time. The manager finally comes in and says that the interview is going to be quick considering that he had no idea that he even had one..and then he apologized for the long wait. He told me about the work-pretty much telling me how bad it was to work for him. it wasn't really a interview. He told me to call him if I was still interested. Never did. Tip of advice: don't apply to Wendy's online unless you want to go through hell, but that's up to you
