First communication coming upon entry to restaurant and requesting application.
Upon completion of application at restaurant, was spoken to on spot.
An in person interview was conducting same day as application. Rather informal interview, especially considering entry level position.

Question 1
Rather typical interview procedure. Simply inquiring about past experiences, mainly about schooling, since this was a first job.
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
