I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wendy's (Sunbury, OH) in Jun 2010
Interview
When interviewed, they told me the starting wage but made no mention of that number changing in the future. Probably because it's damn near impossible to get a raise when you have apathetic management.
I then stared at old training videos which sometimes were irrelevant because the standards or processes changed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were no real difficult or unexpected questions. It was extremely straightforward.
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Wendy's (Mendoza) in May 2026
Interview
1 primera entrevista virtual y grupal para mostrarnos prestaciones y como sería el trabajo (duro Max 30 min) y una segunda entrevista virtual personal con la gerente y dos personas más de recursos humanos.
