I applied online. I interviewed at Wendy's (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2019
Interview
It was pleasant, and to the point. I received an offer but unfortunately was unable to accept. The hours needed didn't work with my life schedule. Would consider interviewing again if the hours changed.

Many of the questions were situational based, requiring answers that explain your management style.
3 interviews.
Got connected with recruiter. Then 3 interviews with management team. Preety easy to follow along but very difficult questions for a simple restaurant. Too much in details, seemed like I'm applying to buy the business

The background, had to have a restaurant experience
In store with regional manager it was pretty easy. It wasn’t a panel interview. They didn’t ask a lot of questions just a few about my resume. I was overqualified for the position so I did not get hired on.
Straightforward process. Asked basic "what would you do" question given some scenarios. They are looking to make sure you understand how to manage a team equitably and fairly. Overall an easy interview experience.
