I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wendy's (Jackson, OH) in Jul 2012
Interview
The interview was short and simple containing questions focused to retrieve minor info based on prior work experience, educational training or certifications and availability. The retrieval of this information during a 1:1 with a hiring manager is to ensure that Wendy's and self could benefit from each other maximizing the quality of its business along with utilizing and maturing the new worker's skill's set.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Wendy's (Bensalem, PA)
Interview
I got there about 15 minutes early and still ended up waiting another 25 minutes after the time I was told to be there. The manager iterally didn't ask any questions relevant to working there. All the manager asked was why do I need to start working (it was my first job) Very unprofessional. The interview was less than 5 minutes.

It was very fast because the store I went to was really busy. The manager told me they were really short staffed and needed help immediately. I was offered the job immediately.
