I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Wendy's (Mojave, CA) in Apr 2019
Interview
Was a brief process. I told them I was on homeschooling to finish my high school diploma and I needed gas money to go back and fourth once a week to see my teacher. I had no experience as a cashier but I did handle cash for a door to door job I had selling expired Christmas candy.
My interview process with Wendy’s was straightforward and friendly. I was contacted quickly, asked about my experience and availability, and the conversation was relaxed and welcoming. The interviewer explained the role and expectations clearly.
Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.

Super easy and very communicative. Prompt emails after the interviews - 1 interview but the future manager, did not accept job though. Pretty straightforward process at Wendy’s, nothing unexpected came up
