It was a very simple process at the time. This particular location had a dedicated staff. The manager was passionate about his employees. Many opportunities for training while also being able to learn on the job and progress by station.
My interview process with Wendy’s was straightforward and friendly. I was contacted quickly, asked about my experience and availability, and the conversation was relaxed and welcoming. The interviewer explained the role and expectations clearly.
Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.

Super easy and very communicative. Prompt emails after the interviews - 1 interview but the future manager, did not accept job though. Pretty straightforward process at Wendy’s, nothing unexpected came up
