I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wendy's (Jacksonville, FL) in Dec 2014
Interview
I was never interviewed. They took my effort as crew and assumed it would translate. Luckily for them I am a fast learner and a hard worker. We spent maybe 20 minutes explaining when I would start and how we will get me in to the location smoothly... basically don't tell anyone I'm taking over but take over. I started as crew and was promoted every 3 or 4 months or so... so no interview if you impress from the bottom

Question 1
Do you have anything you can think of that you need training on?
3 interviews.
Got connected with recruiter. Then 3 interviews with management team. Preety easy to follow along but very difficult questions for a simple restaurant. Too much in details, seemed like I'm applying to buy the business

The background, had to have a restaurant experience
In store with regional manager it was pretty easy. It wasn’t a panel interview. They didn’t ask a lot of questions just a few about my resume. I was overqualified for the position so I did not get hired on.
Straightforward process. Asked basic "what would you do" question given some scenarios. They are looking to make sure you understand how to manage a team equitably and fairly. Overall an easy interview experience.
