Werfen Customer Service Manager interview questions

Werfen’s recruiter contacted me about a role. We set a time for a direct call and he was no show. I provided additional availability immediately following. I heard nothing for a week. When I tried to close off with a follow up, I received and email back stating “Can I call you in 15 minutes?”, leaving me no time for a refresh on the role. I finally received the call over 2 hours later. He immediately told me the role was a manager role and asked my salary. When I told it him, he replied with the salary band which my compensation was just out of range. He then spoke about growth opportunities asked about my background. He interrupted me within 60 seconds and said: “I have to go. They are asking for me. I’ll call you back in 15 minutes.” I never heard back (thankfully). If the interview process is indicative of the way this company is run, I’m glad my candidacy went no further.
