4 rounds with a case study. Last round was 4 interview. Overall the case study was verbal nothing needed from technical standpoint. brain Teaser question which was tell me how you would evacuate a city and how would you pick who to evacuate

I was referred by a current employee of West Monroe. I then had a great conversation with a recruiter. That was then followed by an interview with the hiring manager. I never heard anything back after that, despite following up with the recruiter multiple times, which was astonishing. Obviously I didn't get the role, but how hard is it to send a two sentence email thanking me for taking time to interview and letting me know I didn't get the position? West Monroe is obviously a poorly run company, since they can't even do the little things right apparently.
