I have never experienced a company that does so many rounds of interview.
They have 4 round of interviews, two of those rounds are 2 hours long. I worked at Deloitte, IBM, ServiceNow, Kraft Foods, and EY and none of these companies who are very well known and only hire the best had more than 3 rounds of interview, and none of them lasted longer than an hour. Whoever designed the recruiting process at WM did it with a micromanagement mindset. This seems to apply to all levels, as I had a friend who works there tell me she went through the same process and she’s very entry level. Insane.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at West Monroe (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The onsite interview was very positive and low stress. I met with five team members and had a technical interview with two of those people. The interview process was serial interviews with each person at about one hour per interviewer and the whole process last about half the day. The office space is very impressive and is open space concept.
