Interview
First made contact during an on campus career fair, afterwards had 2 on campus interviews one being behavioral and resume discussion and the other being a case interview. Roughly 10 days apart from each other. In the third round was flown to their office for an interview/get to know the company session with 3 senior executives and one employee from my prospective group.

Interviewers were friendly and communication/updates from talent acquisitions team were provided quickly (usually within 3 business days of previous interview)

Typical Management Consultant interview process with 4 total interviews that lasted around a month. The process was average and the case study was straight forward and not difficult at all.
