West Monroe Software Engineer(Internship) interview questions

Describing yourself as the key interview component in the first two interviews. No coding questions were given but knowing your languages and their structure of them really matters. The last interview was a walk-through critical thinking question with an interviewer.

The first round was a 13 minute one-way interview that asks 2 questions: tell me about yourself, why are you a good fit for the role. The second and final round is three 45 min interviews: 1 case study, 1 technical OOP, and 1 behavioral where they ask you a lot of situational questions.
