Apply by online website. Will be contacted via phone call and have discussion on when to schedule interview with HR. When interviewing there will be at least three others present. Your direct supervisor, the safety manager, and HR or the Site Manager.

Interesting process. About 2 hours of standard test in math, problem solving mechanics, reading skills. Then interview board with standard, open ended questions.
