Interview
Interview Panel of 6 people. About 13 questions. There was a video interview before that step. It was very impersonal and gave me a bad view of the company. The pay range was low in comparison to other companies in the area.
panel of three interviewers taking turns asking questions over Microsoft Teams. Takes about 30 minutes though they provide an hour of time along with a segment where you can ask your own questions

Interview
Applied online and got an offer to do a one-way video call the very next day. I did not like this as it felt unnatural and almost as if I was being screened for my appearance. Then exactly a day after I submitted my video interview, I was invited to do a Skype call with a panel. The questions seemed to tailor towards a specific response and seemed biased, but I guess they're looking for people of a certain personality to fit their culture.
