The interview process is a group interview where 4 to 6 interviewers have a packet of predefined questions that are asked in a round-robin presentation. Each of the interviewers rate the answer independently and then after there is a post interview review with the panel. I was fortunate to only have to have one panel interview, but have seen that is not always the case.
