Interview
The interview was straight forward. I was asked questions about previous experiences with customers and coworkers. There is a phone interview and a panel day where many people ask questions. The phone interview seemed to be more focused on my personality. The panel day was more focused on various scenarios and how I handled them.

Average interview experience, although with a considerable amount of interviewers. Pleasant people and conversation overall. I got all of my questions answered fully. I was interviewed for two positions at once, one I did not apply to, as well as the one I did, which was slightly unorthodox. Did not receive a rejection until a month had passed.

Would you be willing to be flexible with work hours, including overtime and early mornings?
The first step is a phone screening by HR. If that is passed, you have a general phone screening with the department manager. If selected for final interviews, you will come in-person to meet with several managers.

Describe a time when you had to overcome a problem at work. Provide detail on how you worked through this.
You start with a one-way video interview. If they like you based on your answers, then you will have a panel interview, where they will ask you more behavioral questions to gauge your personality.
