I met a new recruiting manager over the phone for about 30 minutes. I went into the conversation expecting a quick introduction, an overview of what to expect. Instead, he went silent and stared at me. I guess he was trying to see where I took the conversation, but it was SO odd and awkward.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None in the beginning. Just went silent and looked at me. Very odd. Later he asked me to share how I would manage difficult hiring managers.
I thoroughly enjoyed being apart of the interview process. I thought it was incredibly candidate-centric every step of the way. They maintained efficiency while still providing a comprehensive overview of the role, team and company. Every interaction was very positive and inclusive.
