My thoughts on the millennials generation are somewhat biased as well as mixed. Being from this generation leaves me biased as I would like to say this is a generation of hardworking and dedicated people. However, that does not seem to be the case. I personally have found that there are some gems in this generation. The few that have had parents who have instilled a strong work ethic in them rather than providing the entitlement that seems to come with a great number of these young people.
