I said it was always working as a team because I didn't like putting trust in other's in which my success depended on. I gave an example on how I realized communication is important in teamwork and collaboration is actually more beneficial. (I said this because I was trying to think of something other than teamwork, as this position works with teams. They seemed to accept it and not ask anything much further.)
