I interviewed in Melbourne over a Video link with Engineers and Directors in their SF office followed by face to face rounds with engg heads in the Melbourne office. Imagine my chagrin during the f2f in Melbourne when one of the heads questioned my youthful appearance. Not professional. I then had a chat with the team I was supposed to be leading and a few minutes in I knew I would be wasting my time with them given that they were in denial about their decisions and style of working. The only positive exception was my interview on Software Architecture and Design which I felt was conducted well.
