Interview
The interview process was really smooth and professional. The recruiters were quick to respond and schedule all the interviews. The design team was extremely warm, and welcoming throughout the process. All of the designers are extremely talented and experienced. It was also really helpful for me to get to meet several team members across different teams within the org as well.

Interview
I made it through 3 interviews: Recruiter screen, 1 skills interview, 1 portfolio review with senior designers. Vibe was laidback and the questions were standard. It was difficult to gauge team process and it seemed like designers wore many hats given the small size of company.
