Very slow and no clarity with timeline nor process. They lean heavy on past experience and prefer if you come from a team at Meta since most of their team came from there.
It was very long. Too many interviews with different team members. It felt like each interview didn't move you forward. The process was a bit vague too. Unclear what the goal was.
Cold applied and heard back fairly quickly. Started with a phone screen, asked typical questions. They wanted to hear about projects related to the role. If you ask for feedback, not much is given.
