I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Whirlpool Corporation (Philadelphia, PA) in Sep 2017
Interview
This interview was at the Nation Black MBA conference in 2017. I walked through the career fair and was able to talk with recruiters from the company. A lady from the finance department spoke to me and took a look at my resume. She told me that the company usually hires students coming in with at least 3 years of experience, which I barely had.
I was lucky to be invited for an interview later in the day. I was interviewed by 2 people from the finance department. The first part was behavioral questions, followed by a case question, and then finance related questions.
The interviewers were very nice and conversational. They also gave me good feedback (I didn't get the internship) but I appreciated their input.
