The process was very straight forward interviews, on campus, back to back. The interviews were not conducted by HR but rather by business leaders.

Competency based: give me an example of a time when you led someone, those types of questions. A tiny bit of a case/scenario towards the end of the second interview: this is happening in such and such location, what do you think could be causing it and how would you solve it?
