I got an interview through an internal selection process of candidates inside university. They first presented the company, good presentation by the way, and then they went on screening candidates through a 40 minutes interview. This one covered many aspects: past experiences, career aspirations, motivational questions, and questions relevant to the caracteristics they seek in a candidate
