Interview
As a part of the new internship program, they initially conducted phone interviews. Then they brought each of the candidates in to preform various job related tasks such as multitasking phone calls and collecting data. They also had the interviewer represent an angry and escalated call, where they analyzed your response.

Interview
Phone interview, then in office interview with typing /email test and phone skills review. There was a point when they made sure I knew training was 1 month of the Internship process. We also toured the floor and sat with some of the current employees.
