I had two phone interviews, they went very well. Was told I would have to wait until after the holiday's to hear back. Reached out after a month to the Whirlpool talent acquisition. Was told I would have to reach out to another person. I did twice over the period of two weeks. Never heard back, was totally ghosted. I didn't expect this from a company like Whirlpool. Knowing this, act with caution.
