The experience was not satisfactory. Was referred by someone. The position was based in their HQ in Benton Harbor. A Procurement Director reached out to me. Had an interview with him where he had basic behavioral questions and about my experience. Nothing technical. Waited about 3 weeks and followed up with the HR, no reply. Waited a week more and she said she'll get back to me if there's an update. Waited almost a month and called her through company landline and she said the position has already been filled. No courtesy to reply and let me know that it was. A disappointing experience with a seemingly world-class company. The HR processes are certainly messed up and organized. I applied for another position for which I was referred strongly, but was routed through an executive recruiter who asked me some questions and never got back. After repeated periodic calls, the recruiter told me he thinks the position has been filled. He hasn't heard anything back. I think that was a stupid answer.
