Applied online for Software Engineer position, but they replied back that I am selected for a QA Engineer(due to my previous experience) interview. Process took around 3 weeks. Only two rounds. First one included a pre-screen/technical/behavioral based interview. They tested my programming skills, linux skills. Docker basics, network troubleshooting etc., which went for an hour. Asked to share my screen while coding. Scheduled an onsite interview for 3 hours after a week.
Onsite interview was done by 5 people, each 30min and it almost went for 3 hours in total. They again checked for QA techniques/methodologies, test case example, programming on Python, SQL, few Linux commands, Docker, types of testing techniques, previous experience, knowledge on Selenium, network troubleshooting in Linux, API testing etc., Not a tough one. But they check for basic knowledge.
After a week, I have received a reject mail saying they found someone better.
