I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Whiting-Turner (Columbia, SC)
Interview
Asked questions mostly to judge if you would be a good fit within the company. Nothing too technical. Asked personality questions like what you like to do in your spare time and how you would describe yourself. Interviewers were very easy to talk to and forthcoming with information about the company and the interview process.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whiting-Turner (New Haven, CT)
Interview
They mostly are interested on how you are as a person. In my experience, the focus a lot on getting to know what I have done (nothing technical). The interview was pretty long but it was nice that they explained a lot about the company, etc.
