I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Whiting-Turner (Las Vegas, NV) in Apr 2012
Interview
Had first interview with a senior project engineer. Then I had an interview of 2 hours with everyone in the office. The interviews were 5 minutes person. They asked about previous experiences and how I dealt with customers. What do I like to do on my free time. Everyone was very nice and kind. Easy to talk to. The main goal is seem to be to determine how well you would fit with their team. Over all very easy interview not very intimidating because it wasn't a group interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whiting-Turner (Sacramento, CA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Smooth overall. Group interview with a PE and two PM's. Asked a little bit about my experience. Mostly explained what they did as a company. Everyone was very relaxed and it was an upbeat environment.
