Interview
Very relaxed interview process. They basically just want to get to know you. I interviewed with (3) VPs of the company and we all talked about different things, not all job related stuff. Did have some typical interview questions.
Multiple rounds in the same day. They take you to lunch and do a jobsite tour. Met with a bunch of different people and it was a really cool interactive experience.

They mostly are interested on how you are as a person. In my experience, the focus a lot on getting to know what I have done (nothing technical). The interview was pretty long but it was nice that they explained a lot about the company, etc.
