Interview
The interview was quite simply, interviewed at career fair. Very nice and easy interview. Asked basic questions on knowledge of construction industry. Really about seeing whether your personality fits with the company values.
Multiple rounds in the same day. They take you to lunch and do a jobsite tour. Met with a bunch of different people and it was a really cool interactive experience.

Interview
They mostly are interested on how you are as a person. In my experience, the focus a lot on getting to know what I have done (nothing technical). The interview was pretty long but it was nice that they explained a lot about the company, etc.
