Interview
All day interview. You first start off by meeting all the VP's and PM's. Then you walk some sites and go to lunch. You continue walking sites and talking till the end of the work day. Then you go to a bar for more food and drinks. I think they mainly hire on how well you get along with others.
Multiple rounds in the same day. They take you to lunch and do a jobsite tour. Met with a bunch of different people and it was a really cool interactive experience.

Interview
They mostly are interested on how you are as a person. In my experience, the focus a lot on getting to know what I have done (nothing technical). The interview was pretty long but it was nice that they explained a lot about the company, etc.
