Easy and quick online application, interviews are set for a specific day where you will meet with someone from the Upper Management of the store, interview is very basic, like any other job interview: they ask about your past jobs and experiences, why you are good for the job, etc. There are 2 full 8 hours days (paid) of training in the back, in addition to your training in whatever department you are hired for.

I said that I have good customer service skills and the interviewer asked me, "Why don't you say you have excellent customer skills?" I wasn't sure what to say at first, but decided to reply by saying, "I didn't want to sound stuck up"

This interview was a very streamlined, efficient process. It was a typical behavioral style interview asking about reactions from various scenarios. The interviewer was very professional and respectful of my time and it didn't take more than 20 minutes.
