Interview
I applied online and then received an auto-response email asking to take an online assessment. The online assessment was kinda tricky and I'm not sure what the correct responses was.
After taking it, I went into the store the next day to introduce myself and turn a hard copy of my resume in (this was self-directed).
I was subsequently called 2 days later to schedule an in-person interview. It was a great experience and I was hired in the spot!

Easy. Talked about past experience, work pace and how to deal with bad customers. Make sure to be freindly, and seem happy. Interview went well and was told I would hear back within a week - which did happen.

Asked question about experience, what would previous bosses say about you and your work ethic, are you a team player, etc. We conducted the interview by the coffee/kitchen space.
