Interview process consisted of two phone interviews, a store interview and finally a panel interview. Panel interview was the most difficult and consisted of the regional Team Lead with several Team Leads from each department in the store. Be prepared and be confident.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you facilitate a team member to do a task that they do not agree with?
I applied online. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market in May 2013
Interview
All leadership interviews, Specialist and higher, are held through a panel interview process. Typically they will consist of a Store Team Leader, and HR representative and a mixture of other employees depending on the position. Each person is expected to ask the candidate a question and may "piggy-back" on previous questions to obtain more information.

Question 1
Tell about a time when you were unsuccessful at a promotion. How did you handle the outcome and what would you do better to make it successful.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market in Sep 2013
Interview
I saw the posting on Indeed.com and sent in my resume. I received a call from one guy doing a phone pre-screening who liked me and me on to a face-to-face interview in the store where the position would be based out of. I also had to go to the actual Whole Foods website to fill out an application there as well. I was interviewed by two individuals simultaneously and it appeared they had interviews set up every half hour as they were finishing one as I arrived and there was another candidate there as I left. I was told that the next step would be a panel interview of 8-10 people and they would be calling back Friday (this is a Tuesday.) If they do call back, I won't continue with the process.

Question 1
The most unexpected question was asking how I would set up a display case on an end cap.
