I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Cupertino, CA)
Interview
I got an initial call about a week after I applied. Was hired right after the interview and offered a Full-Time position. You do about a week of training (watching videos, going over job expectations, exc.), and after that you work as a bagger and do carts (go through the parking lot and round up the stray carts and put them away) for 2-4 months. After that point, you shadow a cashier for about 2 weeks and then you get your own till to work.

I applied online. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Torrance, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very easy process. One of the better experiences I’ve had. A few standard interview questions were ask, but the rest was conversational for most part. Wasn’t stressful or anything like that.
I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Portland, OR)
Interview
A simple process of an initial screening over the phone with basic questions such as "when you can start" and "how do you plan on getting to and from work" and then meeting the supervisor in person to be interviewed with standard customer service role questions.
