I applied online and was contacted three days later. We set up the interview for a few days later. I showed up and they had me sit in the cafe. I talked with one of the team members first and then to the interviewer and another team member. They asked if I could come back the next day for another interviewer with the store manager. I came back the next day and didn't even have to interview. I was offered the job. The questions were all super basic and they didn't even ask me anything about Whole Foods other than why I wanted to work there.
Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.

Very short and straight to the point. Friendly people doing the interviews. Felt great and didn’t get nervous. They tell you the expectations on the spot to see if it’s actually something you’d like to continue with.
