Extremely easy and laid back. There were two interviews, one online and one by phone. Both asked questions mostly getting to know you and why you're interested in the role
Casual chat about company goals and lifestyle choices. My interviewer was very friendly and talked about how careful they when it comes to the products they sold and learning new food every day.

Friendly, welcoming and supportive. Walked around the store and was shown where I would work and the daily task….. went back and they explained the hiring process and said they would be in touch. I received an offer letter that day.
