Very quick and informal, talked for 10 minutes in the customer seating area. Store was crowded, felt awkward answering questions right next to customers. No instructions on where to check-in for the interview so I located what I thought was the meat department, but was rather another department that happened to sell sliced meats at their counter

The interview process here was very easy. I simply went in one day to talk to the team leader and we chatted about my past experience, what the role would look like for me, and he hired me. It was very straight forward and they're just looking for someone who can perform all the necessary job duties.

simple 10 minute interview with the Meat dept. manager and a store supervisor. Very casual and welcoming. The supervisor asked general interview questions whereas the dept. manager asked about experience/availability.
