I applied online and received an email from a regional recruiter inviting me to sign up for their "digital interview platform." The recruiter sent me an invalid link to start. When I did get a valid link, it was a painful virtual based "interview" - not an interview at all, but a one-way experience in which I had to record short videos of myself answering questions that were posed to me by a recording. Awkward, impersonal, and overall poor experience.
